To make a booking at Holy Trinity Church Hall Penn:

  1. Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.
  2. Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form. Our Administrator will then review the booking and either approve it or revert to you with queries.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.

  • Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
  • Please make sure that you have paid in advance.
  • If you have an alcohol licence form that must be signed off by the Vicar and Churchwardens then  please ensure the Administrator receives the paperwork before the PCC meeting which is usually held on the second Tuesday of alternate months.
  • Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire" which includes all necessary information (see below).  If you are making a repeat booking that involves vulnerable adults and/or under 18s then we will be asking you to sign the appropriate safeguarding document.
