Please make sure you have read our ‘Hire Agreement’ document carefully one.pdf (hallbookingonline.com) before using the hall. The ‘Hire Agreement’ outlines our Terms & Conditions of hire including our cancellation, payment and deposit policies. 

If you wish to make a booking for a one off event go to the calendar page, check availability, click on ‘New Booking’ and fill in the form. You will be sent a provisional booking email confirming your details. Please check these details carefully and inform the Hall Manager of any necessary alterations. Once payment has been received your booking will be approved and you will receive email confirmation.

If you wish to make block bookings for regular sessions at the hall (minimum 4 week) please email the Hall Manager at: info.ogmorehall@gmail.com to discuss your booking requirements.
