? Enjoy some Postnatal yoga and safe core exercises with resistance bands to ease back ache, gently strengthen your core/pelvic floor and aid recovery while involving your baby.
? Baby yoga & baby massage to aid development, encourage baby to stretch, improve muscle tone and help coordination, assist with common ailments such as colic/constipation.
? Songs, rhymes & tummy time
? Sensory stimulation through the use play scarfs (I provide one for you to keep), sensory tummy time mats, ribbons, toys & parachute.
? Essential time to chat to other mums with tea/coffee & biscuits while babies have time to play and interact.
? Class finishes with bubbles.
? Access to a class WhatsApp group to keep in touch with each other between classes, gain support and new friends that you can stay in touch with even when you have returned to work.
