A special one off yoga session in honour of International Women’s Day (IWD24) supporting ActionAid.
This year’s IWD theme is “inspiring inclusion”, inspired by the notion that when we celebrate each and everyone of us we build a better world for all of us. We’ll start with the dynamic vinyasa style of yoga, moving through a series of restorative poses and ending with a blissful savasana and some hot green tea altogether. This session is open to everyone irrespective of gender, please do come and join me on the yoga mat supporting this amazing cause. 50% of all ticket sales will be donated to ActionAid who are a brilliant charity fighting for women’s and girl’s rights globally.
