To make a booking at Odcombe Village Hall:

  1. Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.
  2. Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form. (Please ensure you complete your details including your full address)
  3. Complete and return the correct booking form (either one off user or regular user) to the email address below. You will find the forms on the Documentation page. Should you have any difficulty please contact me and I will email you a copy.  

Your Booking will not be confirmed until we are in receipt of the form and full payment. 

Hire Charge Rates:- 

£20 per hour for non residents of the village for “one off” bookings.  

£16 per hour for regular bookings. 

Villager rates are available on application, or please email the booking secretary for details. 

£5 additional electricity charge for any inflatables.  

PLEASE STATE IN THE NOTES SECTION IF YOU ARE HAVING INFLATABLES AT YOUR EVENT.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the trustees (whom are volunteers)  run the Hall.

  • Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and for clearing up after your event.
  • Please make sure that your booking form is returned via email and payment is made at the time of booking. This will secure your booking. Failure to do so will result in your booking being terminated.
  • Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire" which includes all necessary information.
  • If you are considering a bouncy castle at your event, please read the advice sheet thoroughly and note there is an additional £5 charge for the electricity usage.
  • Please ensure all rubbish is disposed of. We do not hold commercial bins on site so you will need to take this home. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL INCUR £25 OF YOUR DEPOSIT BEING RETAINED. 

I will be in touch nearer to your event to arrange a date to meet at the hall and go through housekeeping and fire safety. The week commencing your event I will email you the code for the key safe.
