To make a booking at Oakwood Hill Village Hall:

  1. Read the documents: Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.
  2. Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New
  3. Complete the booking form

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.

  • Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
  • Please make sure that your booking form  is with the Administrator at least two weeks before your event. You will then be sent an invoice which must be paid via BACS transfer as bookings are only confirmed once  payment has been received.
  • We accept payment by credit / debit card - simply click on the link on your invoice 
  • We also can accept payment via bank transfer (BACS)
    • Bank Transfer: Sort Code: 30-94-41 Account: 02000146
    • Bank: Lloyds. Account Name: Oakwood Hill village hall committee
    • Please include your Invoice number as your reference
  • Access to the keys to the hall is via a key box, the code for which will be emailed to you, once payment has been received,  the week before your event.
  • If you have an alcohol licence form, that needs to be signed off by the Management Committee please ensure the Administrator receives the paperwork at least a month before your event.
  • Please read through the "Conditions of Hire" which includes all necessary information.
