To make a booking at Nunney Village Hall:

  1. Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.
  2. Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

Hire pricing: as posted.  Standard rates (Main Hall) are:  (i) Nunney residents, £13.50/hour; and (ii) other users, £16.50/hour. Subject to change and agreement.

Regular visitors usually have access to the hall via the keysafe. For ad-hoc bookings a member ofthe committee will meet you at the hall at the start of your booking, to let you in and show you around. Please note the number below in case of problems.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.

  • Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and to clear up after your event.
  • Please make sure that your booking form is with the Bookings Co-Ordinator by the weekend before your event.
  • Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire" which includes all necessary information including where and how to collect keys etc.
  • Please indicate in your booking if you wish to use the kitchen ovens as there is a surcharge for this.
  • If you intend running a ‘paying bar’ then you will have to apply for a Temporary Event Notice (TEN), unless a Village Hall Committee member is in attendance and has agreed to represent the Committee for this purpose. A TEN can be applied for through the Somerset Council here: link.
