A deposit may be requested depending on the type of event. Please see Hire Charges for details.

Refer to the terms and conditions document which confirms equipment (tables, chairs, crockery etc) available for use, dimensions etc. WiFi is available throughout the building.

NKVH - Tables and chairs can be found in the store cupboard and are free to use. NKCH has tables and chairs available for use located in the meeting area.

If you require time at the start and end of your booking to set up and clear away, please add this to your booking time.
