If you would like to book the Village Hall, first check availability using the Calendar.  If you would like to proceed with the booking, please read our Hire Charges and Terms and Conditions of Hire.  In the Calendar, please click on New Booking for the required date, and you will be taken to our online booking form.  Please complete the booking form and submit your request.  Please ensure that your booking includes time for setup and clearing after use.

Your booking will remain provisional until we receive full payment, including a deposit where required.  Once this has been received, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

If you are booking a private or charitable event, please download and complete the Additional Information Form - Booking and return it to the Bookings Secretary at  We cannot confirm your booking until we have received your completed form and payment.

Allocated times for children's weekend parties apply - please read our Hire Charges for details.

A security deposit, if required, will be added to your invoice to cover against cancellation, damage, or the hall being left in an unacceptable condition for all events unless the committee specifies otherwise.  This will be refundable after inspection to ensure that the conditions of hiring have been observed. It is your responsibility to provide your bank details in order for your deposit to be returned. 

Payment Methods
Full payment is due no later than 7 days after the invoice date.  Payment can be made by our preferred method STRIPE or you can arrange a bank transfer.   Cheques are only accepted by prior agreement from the Bookings Administrator.

Hall Access
You will receive an email 48 hours prior to your event with the key code number.
