To make a booking at New Galloway Town Hall or the Community Garden:

  1. Ensure you read our Documentation: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges
  2. Find your desired date on our calendar page. Check availability. Click on ‘New Booking’ and fill in the form

Please observe the following points to help both you and our team here at the Town Hall and Community Garden:

  • Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up before and clear up after your event
  • Please make sure that your booking form is with us by the weekend before your event as the bookings have to be confirmed by a member of staff before being sent to the Treasurer and volunteers early on Monday mornings
  • If you have an alcohol licence form, this must be signed off by our Community Inclusion Lead, John Muir, at least two weeks before the booking is due to take place - please email our him on [email protected] for assistance
  • Please read through the Terms and Conditions of Hire under the Documentation tab which includes all necessary information
