To make a booking at Newbald Village Hall:

  1. Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.
  2. Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.
  3. For new hirers, an invoice will be sent by email and payment will be required before the booking is accepted.

Please note it is the hirer's responsibility to leave the hall in clean and tidy condition and you should ensure you have booked sufficient time to do this.

Events involving sale of alcohol will only be permitted with a bar run by the Hall Management Committee. Please discuss your requirements in detail with us before booking.

Details of key availability etc will be sent by email prior to your hire.
