To make a booking at Neuadd Pendre Tywyn

1. Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.
2. Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.
3. Bookings are only provisional until full payment is made

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.

• Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
• We have a 7 day notice period to make a booking. Please contact us for short notice bookings to see if we can arrange.
• Please make sure invoices are paid within 14 days of the invoice date
• Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire" which includes all necessary information including where and how to collect keys etc.
• Please see our list of Hourly rates for hire but please contact us for rates on weddings and parties that require use of the hall for over 10 hours

.Darllenwch drwy'r "Telerau ac Amodau Llogi" sy'n cynnwys yr holl wybodaeth angenrheidiol gan gynnwys ble a sut i gasglu allweddi ac ati. Gweler ein rhestr o gyfraddau fesul awr i'w llogi ond 

.cysylltwch â ni am gyfraddau ar briodasau a phartïon sydd angen defnyddio'r neuadd am dros 10 awr.
