Our village hall is located in the centre of Nayland. Hirers are asked to respect our neighbours. In particular, noise should be kept to a minimum. Inside the hall there is a noise limiter, which is set at 92 dB, the HSE recommended limit for 30 minutes of exposure. Use of external speakers must be agreed in advance and is not permitted after 2300. Thanks for your understanding and co-operation.

The key should be collected no earlier than 15 minutes before the hiring time from Ms. Amy Christie, 5 Meadow Cottages, Wiston Road Nayland CO6 4FR, phone 07368 803850. The key must be returned within 15 minutes of the expiry time of the booking.

Access is allowed from the time the Hall is booked and not before; when booking allow time for setting up. The Hall must be vacated on time; allow time for cleaning up after your activity.
