To make a booking at Mount Pleasant Centre:

  1. Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.
  2. Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.
  3. On completion of the form you will asked for a Password to save the booking. This allows you to change or delete booking yourself later, if required.
  4. You can also create an account so that, if a regular hirer, you don't have to complete your personal details each time.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.

  • Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
  • Please make sure that your booking form and payment (where applicable - see T&Cs) is with the Administrator before your event.
  • Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire" which includes all necessary information including where and how to collect keys etc.
