To make a booking at Moulton Chapel Community Centre:

  1. Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.
  2. Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

Please observe the following points as it will help you.

  • Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
  • If you are booking the hall for a full day or more it may be possible to return the following morning between 8am and 10am to finalise the cleaning. Please discuss this with bookings secretary at the time of booking.
  • Please make sure that your booking form and payment is made by bacs .
  • If you have an alcohol licence form that must be signed off by the Management Committee please ensure the Administrator receives the paperwork before your booking .
  • Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire" which includes all necessary information including where and how to collect keys etc.
  • We aim to answer and queries or confirm any provisional bookings within 24 hours. However please bare in mind that we are a small team so on some occasions this time may be longer.
