To make a booking at Monkston Community Centre and Sports Pavilion:
- Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.
- Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.
- The centre is available for hire between 8am & 9pm.
- Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
- Some events might require a licence from the local authority, usually where alcohol is sold or where an entry fee is charged. You must supply a copy of your licence or TEN on booking.
- Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire" which includes all necessary information.
- By making a booking, you are accepting the Terms and Conditions of Hire.
