Somer Centre

The Somer Centre offers two flexible indoor spaces as well as a large garden area to the rear of the building.

• The Main Hall has space for 200 people seated and 300-400 standing
• The Small Hall has space for 75 seated
• Both spaces have access to a kitcheb
• Good toilet facilities
• Large outdoor space to the rear of building.

Orchard Hall

The Orchard Hall offers a single large multi-purpose space for hire  at the heart of the Orchard Vale/Hillside/Pinewood area of Midsomer Norton.

Recently completely redecorated the hall benefits from:

• Seating capacity for up to 150 theatre style
• Sprung dance floor and small fixed stage area
• Self contained and refurbished kitchen
• Its own car park (20 spaces) with additional on street car parking nearby
• An adjacent green space/park

Community Groups: A wide range of community groups currently use the Hall during the week ranging from dance and bingo to martial arts to drama.

Children’s Parties: We have a regular stream of childrens parties in the Hall as it offers an ideal solution to parents looking for an easy to hire, self catering venue.

Arts and Crafts: We host everything from plays to dance performance as well as creative workshops where people can really spread out and take advantage of space available
