About Mickleover Hut

The hall has three rooms that are available for hire all year round to both regular activity groups and also one off hires for meetings, parties, exhibitions and events. 

There are 3 rooms available to hire:

• Main Hall – A heated and air conditioned room suitable for large gatherings of up to 100 people standing and 120 seated. This is a large, spacious room with a stage making it perfect for fitness classes and parties. This room has been recently decorated and the flooring has been renewed. There are 100 cushioned seats around the room and in the storage room, 14 rectangular foldaway tables and 7 small round tables. 
• Studio – A heated and air conditioned room suitable for larger meetings or smaller classes such as yoga and dance. It has facilities for hot drinks and a ballet barre fitted. Holds approximately 15-20 people. There are 32 chairs and 15 rectangular foldaway tables in the adjacent storage area, in addition to the benches that stay in the room. 
• Meeting Room – A heated and air conditioned room suitable for small meetings (up to 12 people), tutoring and music lessons. This room has a cooker, fridge, and hot water machine. There are 15 chairs and 6 rectangular foldaway tables kept in the room.

The building has male and female toilet blocks, and a defibrillator fixed to the outside wall. Outside there are 15 free onsite parking places, supplemented by nearby free street parking. 

There is one main entrance to the left side of the building, where a hallway leads to all rooms and the toilets.

Entrances and fire exits are ramped and suitable for wheelchairs. 

Currently there isn't a disabled toilet, although it is planned to install one in the near future.

There is one designated disabled parking place.

To respect our neighbours the building is fitted with a sound limiter device making it unsuitable for bookings that required lound music.

Bouncy castles are not allowed.

You will find the hall next door to Sainsbury’s Local as you leave the centre of Mickleover on Station Road.
