To make a booking at Minchinhampton Community Hub:

1. Read the “Terms and Conditions” and “General Information for Hirers”
2. Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form - by doing so, you are accepting our Terms and Conditions.
3. The Hall is available for £19 per hour, with 25% discount for regular bookings (Please note that the rate has increased as of January 2024).
4. The Astroturf/5 a-side pitch is available for £11 per hour or £22 per hour with floodlights - with no discounts (Please note that the rates has increased as of January 2024).

Please note the following points:

• Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
• Please read through the "Terms and Conditions" and “General Information for Hirers” which includes all necessary information including where and how to collect keys etc.
• Please make sure you have the appropriate insurance cover (usually covered by one's Home Insurance) as detailed in the “Terms and Conditions”.
