To make a booking at Mickleover Community Pavilion:

  1. Read the documents: Terms and Conditions, Safeguarding and Hire Charges.
  2. Go to the calendar page and check availability for your chosen date.
  3. Click on New Booking and complete the form.
  4. Once your New Booking is authorised and accepted, you will receive an email confirmation and invoice for payment.
  5. Send payment in full via bank transfer no later than the date stated on the invoice.

Please observe the following points, as this will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Pavilion.

  • Please note that if invoice is not paid in full by stated due date, the booking will be cancelled.
  • Please ensure you have booked enough time for setting up before and clearing up after your event.
  • Anyone hiring the Pavilion is expected to treat the venue and its contents with respect, to maintain a safe, non-violent environment, and to leave the venue clean and tidy after their event.
  • Please note that Mickleover Community Pavilion does not hold an alcohol license.
  • Mickleover Community Pavilion has a zero tolerance policy on possession, consumption, or supply of illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in booking cancellation, expulsion from the premises, and reporting to the police.
