To make a booking at Meir Park Community Centre:

Follow these steps to make a provisional booking online.

1. Please read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.
2. Go to the Calendar Page.
3. Check availability.
4. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

Please observe the following points as it will help your booking work well, for you, as well as the volunteers who run the centre.

• Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event - you will only have access to the hall between the times you have booked.
• Please make sure that your booking form is complete and returned at the time of payment.
• Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire" which includes all necessary information to enjoy a great booking experience.
