All users that charge participants either by membership or per session must provide their own Public Liability insurance. A copy of the certificate or a letter from the Insurance company must be provided to the Bookings Secretary.

All users must also agree to read the Hall’s Safeguarding Policy, which can be found in ‘Documents’. In addition, any user holding an event for children or vulnerable adults that is not a private gathering, must have in place their own Safeguarding Policy and DBS checks.
