To make a booking at Marshfield Church Hall:
- Read the documents: ‘Terms and Conditions of Hire’ and ‘Hire Charges’. All users that charge participants either by membership or per session must provide their own Public Liability insurance. A copy of the certificate or a letter from the Insurance company must be provided to the Bookings Secretary. All users must also agree to read the Hall’s Safeguarding Policy, which can be found in ‘Documents’. In addition, any user holding an event for children or vulnerable adults that is not a private gathering, must have in place their own Safeguarding Policy and DBS checks.
- Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.
- An email will be sent for your provisional booking.
- You will receive a second email once the booking has been confirmed.
- For one-off bookings, payment is required 14 days before the event. An invoice will be emailed with information on how to pay and details of how to collect the key.
