To make a booking at Market Deeping Coronation Hall:

Read the documents: Standard Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Fees.

  1. Go to the calendar page.
  2. Check availability.
  3. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.

  • Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clear up after your event
  • Please ensure you have all necessary licences and insurances to proceed with your event i.e. Temporary Event Notice, Public Liability Insurance.
  • Please read through the " Standard Terms and Conditions of Hire" which includes all necessary information
  • Please ensure your payments are prompt and quote the relevant invoice number.
