How to Book

To request a booking at Market Deeping Coronation Hall:

1. Read the Conditions of Hire and Hire Fees.
2. Go to the calendar page and check availability.
3. Select New Booking and complete the booking form.
4. Submit your provisional booking request.

Submitting a request does not confirm the booking. The Committee will review it and send you an email if it is accepted.

When choosing your booking times, please include enough time to set up before your event and clear away afterwards.

You are responsible for obtaining any licence, permission or insurance required for your event. This may include a Temporary Event Notice or public liability insurance, depending on the activity.

Please make payments within the times stated in the Conditions of Hire and use the invoice number as the payment reference.

The Hall is managed by volunteers, so providing complete information and paying promptly helps us process your booking efficiently.
