We do not normally allow bookings beyond 20:00.
The hirer will pay a £50 Deposit (£100 Friday night and at weekends) at the time of booking; this will normally be returned within seven days of the hire, provided the following conditions are met:
The Rental should be paid four weeks before the hire (or immediately if within four weeks).
The Hall must be left in good order and all refuse & litter removed, including recycling. The hirer will be responsible for any damage to the hall, the contents and surrounding area whilst being on hire. For safety reasons children are not allowed in the kitchen or store rooms.
Music must cease by 19.30 and the hall must be cleared, clean and vacated by 20:00. Hirers should also respect the local neighbours and minimise outside noise.
Stiletto heels are NOT allowed as they damage the floor.
You are not permitted to use sticky tape, pins or nails on the ceiling, walls, floor or tables.
If the hirer overstays the booked time or causes any damage or nuisance, then some or all of the deposit may be forfeited.
