To make a booking at Marholm Village Hall:

1. Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.
2. Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.

• Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clear up after your event.
• Please note the latest time the hall can be booked is 8pm.
• Please make sure that your Deposit of £50 (or £100 at weekends) is paid to secure the booking.
• Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire" which includes all necessary information.  You will be told how to obtain the key nearer the date and when the rental has been paid.
