To make a booking at The Maltings:

 

Step 1: Check availability on the Calendar page.

Step 2: Read through the documents about hiring the hall. This will clear up any questions or limitations that might cause problems later - for example, the venue has a maximum capacity of 200.

Step 3: From the Calendar page, click “New booking” on the date that you wish to make a booking for.

Step 4: Complete the Booking Form with details of your event.

 

After you have filled in the Booking Form the team will confirm your booking and your booking will show on the online calendar.

 

If you wish to make a regular booking (e.g. every week or every month) then please email us at team@wirksworthmaltings.org and we can sort it out for you.

 

You can choose whether the details of your event are shown on the availability calendar.

 

Please note that The Maltings is managed by a team of volunteers so you can help us make things run smoothly by thinking about the following:

  • Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and for clearing up after your event.
  • Please book your event as far in advance as possible. We do not have a 24 hour response team so it might take a couple of days for us to confirm and process payment.
  • Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire" which includes all necessary information along with details about cleaning materials and use of the facilities.
