To make a booking at Jubilee hall Malpas:
- Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form
- Read the document “Terms and Conditions of Hire” as this forms the basis of your legal contract with us
- Ensure you comply with the arrangements for the sale and/or supply of any intoxicants and ensure the Hall management are aware to allocate our licence to you
- Read the document “Hire Charges” as you will be invoiced on this basis unless there is any written agreement to vary them
- Check the documentation we send you as casual hirers will be sent an entry code (Regular hirers will have their individual entry codes)

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.
- Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event as there may be bookings starting immediately after yours.
- Please make sure that your booking is correctly shown on the system as you will be charged according to the days/time shown. If you wish to pay before we send you an invoice please advise us on email and use the date of your booking as reference - otherwise our Bank details will be shown on your bill with a reference number to use.
- Please read through the documentation section of this website which includes all necessary information you need for a safe and trouble-free booking
