To make a booking at Lydden Village Hall:

  1. Read through the booking form
  2. Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.
  3. Sign and return the booking form to Lyddenvillagehall@gmail.com
  4. Transfer £50 deposit to the account mentioned in your bookings email.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.

  • Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
  • Please make sure that your booking form is emailed back to the bookings clerk so they can update your booking.
  • Please ensure your deposit and full payment is made to the hall to confirm your booking.
  • If you have an alcohol licence form that must be signed off by the Management Committee please ensure the bookings clerk receives the paperwork four weeks before the booking.
