Please complete the form below with details of your booking request. A member of the team will approve the booking as soon as possible and will then issue any additional information and an invoice. Payments can be made by following the link on the invoice.

Please ensure that you book each room that you require as part of your booking, including the kitchen. You will be charged for each room booked. Please also provide details of any furniture requirements and preferred layouts in the event description below.

Do you require additional facilities for your booking? The following charges will be made in addition to the room hire cost.

  • Hot water, cups and teaspoons: 50p per person
  • Screen £10
  • Silent Disco Hire - 25 headsets, Transmitter and cables, 2 small disco lights £125
  • Silent Disco Hire - 50 headsets, Transmitter and cables, 2 small disco lights £150
  • Nerf war Hire - 50 nerf guns, safety goggles, inflatables and bullets £50 AGE 8+

Please confirm the facilities required and for refreshments, the number of delegates attending your event.
