All events where alcohol is to be consumed, a returnable bond of £250 is required.

As hirer you are responsible for ensuring the hall is left clean and tidy.

The Car Park is available free of charge to all hirers of the Village Hall Complex. This is not exclusive as there may be other events on St. Peters Park.

The hire period should include sufficient time to both set-up and close/clean-up for and from your event(s).

Additional Information
1. Alcohol (£250 Bond):
A £250 bond will be required if alcohol is to be consumed.
This will required as a separate payment (either by cheque or an online transfer). The bond will be refunded within 28 days of the termination of the period of hire. This is determined provided that no damage or loss has been caused to the premises and/or contents nor complaints made to the Village Hall about noise or other disturbance during the period of the hiring as a result of the hiring.
2. Thomas Bates Hall Kitchen (£11 Hire):
Access to the kitchen will incur an additional £11 charge.
3. Caretaker (£20):
Please indicate if you require the caretaker to unlock/lock the village hall for your event. If you would like the caretaker to remain on site during your event this will be an extra charge, please add your request into the notes section and the booking clerk will contact you about this request.
It is possible to request the caretaker to stay during your event and will be charged at £15/hr. Please add this request into the notes section.
4. Bouncy Castle (£11):
Small bouncy castles are permitted in the Village hall (not including the Lower Hall) - Max height 3m/10ft
Mains supply only, no generators
