To make a booking at Little Clacton Village Hall:

IMPORTANT INFO

1. Read the Terms and Conditions of Hire  / Hire Charges which can be found at the bottom of this webpage or in the ‘DOCUMENTATION’  tab.
2. Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form. Please fill out as much detail as possible as we will need to send you a cheque in the post if you have paid a deposit.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.

• Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning of your event as well as clearing up/removing rubbish from the premises at the end.
• Please be aware that your booking will not be confirmed until we have received the necessary deposits / payments.
• If you require an alcohol licence, this must be aquired and submitted to us prior to your event taking place.
