To make a booking at Langham Community Centre:

 

  1. Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.
  2. Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the team who run the Hall.

  • Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event. You have a courtesy 15mins at the beginning of your booking and a then end.
  • Once the form has been completed and submitted the Bookings and Marketing Clerk will approve your booking or contact you if there is a problem, a hire is booked once full payment has been received. Please ensure payment is made swiftly to avoid any loss of booking.
  • Please ensure that your bank details are noted on the booking form so the refund of your security deposit can be refunded to you. Should there be a problem with returning the deposit an email will be sent to give notice.
  • Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire" which includes all necessary information.
  • Email will be sent with all details on opening and closing of venue.
