To make a booking at Kippen Village Hall:
- Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.
- Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.
- Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event. Please leave a minimum of 15 mins between other bookings
- Once you have placed a booking, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your provisional booking. A further email and invoice will be sent once your booking is approved. Payment to be made a minimum of 7 days before your event.
- Deposit - if your booking is for a wedding, evening party or large event, a refundable deposit of £100 will be required, in the event of damage or rubbish being left. This can either be transferred by BACS with your payment or by cheque to our Treasurer.
- PA system deposit - a further £50 refundable deposit is required for hiring the PA
- For Regular Group Users, please email with your dates, and these will be added by the Administrator. You will be invoiced periodically.
- If you intend to sell alcohol you will require a licence which you have to arrange and pay for independently. Alcohol can be consumed on the premises without a licence if it is not for sale. https://stirling.gov.uk/licensing-legal/licenses-permits-permissions/alcohol-licences/
- We do hire out tables and chairs, if availabable. Please email the Bookings Secretary at kippenvillagehall@gmail.com to request a booking form
- Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire" which includes all necessary information.
- Once payment is received we will send you the access code to the hall front door.
- Please note that you need to TAKE ALL YOUR RUBBISH AWAY. We do not have the facilities to dispose of your rubbish. There are black bin bags for your use.
