To make a booking at Higher Kinnerton Village Hall: CH4 9AR

1. Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.
2. Go to the calendar page.
3. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and us.

• Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.

• If you wish to cancel your booking, please do so as soon as possible before your booking, this allows others to use the hall

*****Cars parked on the village hall carpark at owners risk, Higher Kinnerton Village Hall can not take any responsibility for vehicles parked at any time*****

     *Parties for 12 years old and above

• A deposit will be taken before event
• Guests must be by invitation only
• A list of guests must be available on request
• The hirer is responsible for all the guests at the event
• Event must not be advertised on social media

• SELLING ALCOHOL

If you have an alcohol licence form that needs be signed off by the Management Committee, please ensure the Administrator receives the paperwork before the Committee meeting which is usually held on the third Thursday Jan, Mar, May, Jul, Sept & November.

• Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire" which includes all necessary information including where and how to collect keys etc.
