To make a booking at Kingsbury Episcopi Community Centre:
- Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.
- Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.
- The hall is large enough for bouncy castles
- Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
- Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire" which includes all necessary information.
- Please read the “Hire Instructions”, “Equipment included in your Hire” and “Hirer Health & Safety Guidance” before your hire
- A committee member will meet you at the hall to unlock and show you around the facilities and equipment - please arrive on time.
