2. Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run this beautiful venue.

• Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
• Once you've received your booking confirmation and invoice, please ensure payment is made in full 28 days prior to your event .
• Our premises are NOT not licensed for alcohol. If you plan to make a TENS application, permission is required from our leadership team.
• Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire" which includes all necessary information including where and how to collect keys etc.

We strongly urge you to ensure your event/s including family gatherings are insured. Most insurers &/or brokers will offer or guide you to other insurers that can provide insurance similar.
