To make a booking at Kilmelford and Kilninver Village Hall:

1. Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire, General Information and Hire Charges.
2. Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.

• Please ensure you have booked enough time to include set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
• Please make sure that your booking form and payment is with us by the close of play the day before your event
• Please read through and check you agree to the Terms and Conditions of Hire
• Please read through the "General Information" document which includes all necessary information
• We will let you know how to access the hall once your booking has been confirmed
