The village hall is available for hire for regular group users; weddings; parties; charity fund raising events; dances; exhibitions and craft fairs; amateur dramatics; bingo; concerts and many others. The hall is equipped with three short mat bowls mats and there is an indoor bowls club on Thursday afternoon during the winter months.
The hall is licensed for:
- 120 seated at tables
- 100 mixed occupancy tables and dance
- 120 dancing only

The village hall is managed by Kilham Village Hall which is a charitable incorporated organisation (CIO), registered charity number 1207436.
This is the large Main Hall which can accommodate 125 people. There is a de-mountable stage at one end and it has a large screen projector and audio system. There is an ample supply of tables and chairs. The hall is directly accessible to the kitchen

Meeting room - ideal for smaller groups, accommodating 20 to 25 people. It has a ceiling mounted projector screen.
The kitchen - refurbished in 2018 is a modern facility with the added benefit of a commercial dishwasher, electric cooker, fridge and water boiler for hot drinks. There is a plentiful supply of crockery and cutlery to cater for larger functions.
The children's play area is situated at the back right-hand corner of the carpark. The play area is available to all young children, but must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult. The play area is regularly maintained and kept litter free.
To the side of the Hall is a large grassed area suitable for a variety of uses.
