To make a booking at Harlaxton Village Playing Field:

1. Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.
2. Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

Please observe the following points as these will help you and other users/hirers of the playing field.

• Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clear up after your event.
• For occasional hirers, please make sure that you make your booking in good time, and if approved, make payment at least 7 days before the booking day. If you require a booking at short notice, please contact the Clerk directly at the email below.
• Insurance Certificates will be required not less than 7 days before the event.
