To make a booking at Hoo Village Hall:

1. Read the documents: Standard Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.
2. Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the running and booking of the Hall.

• Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
• Please make sure that you have read and understood the standard conditions of hire and that payment is made upon receipt of the relevant invoice.
• You will be contacted by by the Hall Manager the week of your booking to arrange collection of the keys and to answer any last minute queries that you may have.
