To make a booking at Harrowbarrow & Metherell Village Hall:
- Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges and any document associated with the booking.
- Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.
- Please note all bookings are provisional until you receive a messsage that the booking has been reviewed and accepted.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.
- Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
- Invoices will be prepared after your event. Payment can be made by BACS (preferred) or by cheque. Please ensure that your invoice number is included as the payment reference for your hall booking. Your invoice will contain all the necessary details for making payments.
- Invoices will be issued at the end of the month in which the event occurs.
- Payment Terms: All invoices are payable within twenty-eight (28) days of the invoice date
- The hirer shall obtain the permission of the Management Committee before applying for a licence and is responsible for obtaining such licence as maybe needed for the consumption of intoxicating liquor (Vide Licensing, Occasional Permissions/Occasional Licence) Act 2003 please ensure the Administrator receives your request in good time. The licence shall need to be displayed at the time of the event in the hall.
