At The Barn, we provide baby changing facilities, potties and step-stools. Effective heating throughout the premises. Off-road parking, limited on-site car parking. Reasonable hire rate at £13.00 per hour. Newly refitted kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, cooking equipment, crockery and cutlery. Tea and coffee making facilities: kettle urn, mugs, cups and saucers. Secure fenced outside play-area with some outside furniture. Tables and chairs with multiple set-up options for up to 40 people. Buffet and refreshments can be ordered through our 3 local Pub/Restaurants.

You should make sure that you have allowed enough time to set up and clear down after your booking, making sure that there is at least a 30-minute window for the next booking. Any overruns will be deducted from your deposit.

All events must finish by 9:30 p.m. at the latest.

Event Description *

Please advise if you are hiring any equipment for your function. For example, disco, bouncy castle, etc. If you are hiring a bouncy castle, please refer to our FAQ page on the website for the permitted sizes. If you are planning to make use of the outside space, then please mention this in the comments section.
