To make a booking at Heath Village Barn:

  1. Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire, Hirer Checklist and Hire Charges.
  2. Go to the calendar page.
  3. Check availability.
  4. For private bookings on Saturdays and Public holidays, the minimum number of hours can be booked is 3 (three). We only permit one private function each day. The Barn is not available to hire on a Sunday.
  5. You must ensure that there is at least a 30-minute gap between bookings.
  6. Click on ‘New Booking’ and fill in the on-screen form.
  7. Make sure that you enter your full name, address, and postcode.
  8. All Club and Group Bookings must have Public Liability Insurance in place, as evidence will be required before we can accept your booking.

Please observe the following points as they will help you and our unpaid volunteers who help run the Hall.

  • Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clear up after your event. Any overruns will be deducted from your security deposit.
  • Please ensure your payment is received by the due date on your invoice to secure your booking.
  • All bookings are confirmed to the email address you have provided, otherwise please check your spam folder.
  • Please read through the Documentation links that include all the necessary information for your booking.
