Please read the following documents before booking : Hire Charges & Terms and Conditions of Hire. Once an event is confirmed within the calendar, all bookings are subject to the Terms & Conditions of hire.

Please be aware that for non-regular hall users, a 'Damage & Cleaning Deposit' may be requested at the discretion of the Hatch Beauchamp Village Hall Trustees. All users are advised to inspect the Main Hall, Gault Room & Kitchen prior to use. If any facilities have not been left in a satisfactory condition by the previous hall user or if damages are observed, then please immediately notify the Booking Administrator or one of the Hall Trustees.

For the respect and enjoyment of all hall users, please leave the Village Hall in the same state that you would like to find it when you arrive.

All event organisers and hirers of Hatch Beauchamp Village Hall should also familiarise themselves with the Essential Information, Safeguarding and Fire Precautions documentation.
