To make a booking at Hatch Beauchamp Village Hall:
Upon receipt of your new booking request, the booking Administrator will check your information is correct and that the dates/times do not conflict with other bookings and will then confirm the booking by email directly from the booking system.
You will receive an invoice for the booking (usually invoiced at the start of the calendar month that the events will take place).
It is recommended that regular hall users who require scheduled bookings (ie 0900-1000hrs every Wednesday throughout March), submit all appropriate dates for a single calendar month in a single booking request. This will then allow the invoicing of repeat bookings to be invoiced together, per calendar month.
Hirers can still book each event date/time separately, but this will generate a separate invoice for each booking request.
