To make a booking at St Elizabeth's Hall, Hambrook:

  1. Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire, Hire Charges and Checklist for All Users.
  2. Go to the Calendar Page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.

  • Please ensure you have booked sufficient time for both the set-up at the beginning and the cleanup after your event. Hall users must remove ALL rubbish when leaving and NOT leave black bags in the hall.
  • Please make sure that your Booking Form and Payment are with the Booking Secretary 7 days before your event, as the bookings are confirmed online and sent to the Treasurer.  Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the reservation.
  • Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire"  and “Checklist for All Users” which includes all necessary information including where and how to get access to the Hall.
  • Regular hirers who run a business must furnish us with documentation verifying their Public Indemnity Insurance coverage.
