How to Make a Booking with Us

Check Availability: Visit the calendar page to check availability. Click on "New Booking" and complete the form.

Deposit:  A £100 deposit is required to secure your booking.

Hour rate: £40 per hour including set-up and pack down time

Final Payment: Full payment must be made two weeks before your event. 

Site safety: Ensure you have taken all necessary steps to ensure the health and safety of all attending. This includes safeguarding and assessing risks  for the protection of  children and vulnerable adults and all attending.

Please note: St. Paul’s Hainault has a strict no smoking, no drug use, and no alcoholic spirits (wine and beer are permitted) policy across the entire Church site.
