To make a booking at Grendon Community Centre:
- Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.
- Go to the Calendar on the front page
- Check availability.
- Click on New Booking and fill in the form.
- The Administrator will review your booking and send a confirmation that the booking is completed. Please do not pay until you get the confirmation.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.
- Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
- Please make sure that your booking form is with the Administrator by the weekend before your event and you have paid. You will receive an invoice after payment which will be sent to your email address.
- Payment by bank transfer is our preferred method but we will accept cheques and cash (if agreed beforehand).
- Bookings are confirmed online.
- Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire" which includes all necessary information.
