To make a booking at Grendon Village Hall:

  1. Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.
  2. Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

Note: If you have any queries or wish to make block/class bookings please check the online calendar for the dates required and then contact the booking secretary at gvhnorthants@gmail.com

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.

  • Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire" before making your booking.
  • Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
  • Please make sure that you have submitted your provisional booking form and you have received confirmation of the booking by email.
  • Please make sure that payment is made in full for your booking at least 7 days before your event.
  • If you have an alcohol licence form that must be signed off by the Management Committee please ensure the booking secretary receives the paperwork before the booking date.
  • You will receive an email  prior to the booking date which will include all necessary information to gain access to the hall. This will also include further instructions on heating, lights, cooker etc.
